Hello, my name is Zeba Damani, I am a South Asian Immigrant based in Southern California. I am a registered Professional Clinical Counselor and hold the position of an Associate Therapist at Free at Heart Online Therapy. I earned my master’s degree in clinical psychology from California State University. I have over eight years of experience working with individuals to navigate life’s challenges using holistic approaches that integrate evidence-based therapeutic techniques with a deep understanding of each client's unique needs.

I work with individuals of all ages and life stages who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, facing relationship issues, and going through life transitions. While incorporating a person-centered and strength-based approach to therapy and deep respect for individual uniqueness, I work alongside clients to identify and build upon their strengths, challenge some preconceived notions, and explore practical tools to calm the mind.
