Do you find yourself feeling like you don’t have a sense of control of your life? No matter what you do ; it seems like you continue to repeat the same patterns of being in unhealthy relationships, engaging in harmful behaviors that are not serving you in a good way and continuously trying to find a way to numb the pain. I am a process oriented and trauma-informed therapist who  meets clients where they are at. I draw from a psychodynamic approach focusing on bringing the unconscious  to consciousness to get to the root of the issue and explore defense mechanisms that have been adapted along the way. My clients will be able to gain insight that will help them challenge negative core beliefs and work towards breaking negative cycles. I provide a safe, comfortable space to allow my clients to feel and process emotions to move past things that are weighing them down and keeping them from moving forward in life. No matter where you are in your healing journey ; I am here to tell you it’s never too late and you do not have to do it alone.

Interventions/Approach: Psychodynamic, EMDR, Solution-focused, DBT, Inner-child work, CBT, Attachment-based, Somatic techniques.
