A Bit About Me
Welcome, my name is Tiffany!
I love creating a non-judgmental space where you can feel safe and trusted. I believe that healing begins when we feel genuinely seen, heard, and valued for who we are. In our time together, I hope to help you strengthen your sense of self, trust your inner voice, and build a life that aligns with who you want to be. My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I enjoy tailoring each session to your needs and pace. I love working with diverse groups, like children, teens, and adults, as they navigate identity, relationships, emotional challenges, and life transitions. I integrate a range of modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Play Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness practice. My therapeutic lens is rooted in LGBTQIA+-affirming care, neurodivergent-affirming practice, cultural humility, trauma-informed principles, and an understanding of intergenerational trauma. I also enjoy integrating art, storytelling, and creative expression as supportive tools for reflection, emotional processing, and healing. As a daughter of a Vietnamese immigrant, I understand the cultural and generational complexities that shape us and the fear that can come with reaching out for support. Whether you’re seeking support for anxiety, identity exploration, family or relationship dynamics, stress, trauma, or simply a space to understand yourself better. You don't have to do it alone. Everyone deserves to be heard. I’m here to listen, support you, and walk alongside you every step of the way.
