Artful Listeners Founder, LCSW , Therapist
"I am very passionate about working with people who are searching to make their dreams come true or to heal injured relationships. I earnestly study psychological theories, techniques and strategies to create a powerful, positive impact in the lives of my clients. I follow three principles seeking to improve. First I focus on my personal growth & spiritual development. Second I continuously study/refine the techniques I use to help people. Third, I consciously evaluate the effectiveness of my work and take the feedback from the people I am working with. In addition to offering full scope DBT, I personally will be offering Emotionally Focused couples/family therapy, as well as therapies derived from Transaction Analysis and the Polyvagal Theory of the autonomic nervous system.

These techniques can be used to brainstorm solutions and create a plan to reach your goals by building your intrinsic motivation and becoming more aware of yourself & your environment. Everything that happens in the outside world is uncontrollable, unpredictable & can sometimes feel unmanageable. Bravery might be needed to take the next step in facing your mental health & I am here to support you through that first step & beyond.”
