My name is Tara and I'm an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I graduated from USC’s Master of Science program in Marriage and Family Therapy. No matter what you might want to work on, therapy gives you the space to not only focus on yourself, but to feel supported in whichever stage of life you find yourself navigating.

I understand how difficult it can be to find a therapist you can trust. I am here to provide a warm, safe, and brave space for you. I’ve worked with a variety of issues, including but not limited to mood disorders, family trauma, sexual identity, life transitions, grief, personality disorders, and relationship distress. I use an assortment of evidence based-practices depending on your specific needs. I am also LGBTQIA+ affirming. My primary goal is to help you learn how to help yourself.
