Stephanie Echanique

Hi, I’m Stephanie! I graduated from Pepperdine University with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel understood, supported, and able to explore the parts of yourself that may be difficult to navigate on your own.

I work with individuals and have a particular interest in working with adults and couples, while also enjoying working with adolescents. I have experience in school, outpatient, and intensive treatment settings. I have supported clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, substance use, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, and family conflict.

My approach is warm, calm, and nonjudgmental. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic approaches, tailoring therapy to each client's needs and goals. I believe in meeting clients where they are and allowing therapy to move at a comfortable pace.

What I value most about being a therapist is getting to know and explore each person's inner world. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, feel supported, and find meaningful ways to move forward. I'm glad you're here, and I look forward to meeting you."
