Hi, I'm Scott, and If you're wrestling with anxiety, relationships, or the question of what it all means, you're in the right place.

 

I work with individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety and depression, relationship conflict and communication struggles, grief and loss, trauma, stress, self-esteem, life transitions, parenting concerns, and family tension. Sometimes people come in with a clear problem. Other times they just know something feels off, and that's a perfectly good place to start.

 

My approach is grounded in existential and humanistic psychology, influenced by Viktor Frankl, Carl Rogers, and Carl Jung. I see people as more than a list of symptoms. Alongside practical tools for the things that are hurting right now, we'll explore the deeper questions underneath: what matters to you, what's keeping you stuck, and how to live in a way that feels more authentic. Sessions are collaborative and conversational, and you'll always be treated as a whole person, not a diagnosis.

 

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade as a personal trainer, which showed me how closely mind and body are connected and how much lasting change depends on small, consistent steps. I still bring that whole-person perspective into my work.

 

Outside the office, you'll usually find me enjoying my favorite hobbies, spending time in nature, or enjoying time with my wife and four kids.
