Savanah Petersen

I strive to be a compassionate and collaborative therapist who believes healing begins in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. I work with adolescents (ages 14+) and adults, helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, chronic illness, neurodivergence, identity exploration, and caregiver stress. Drawing from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, Motivational Interviewing, and a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach, I partner with clients to build resilience, develop practical coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change. I am passionate about empowering individuals to embrace their strengths, navigate life's challenges confidently, and move toward a life that reflects their values and goals.
