I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel safe, heard, and empowered. My experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in both school and clinical settings, where I have supported individuals through a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. As both a school social worker and a private practice therapist, I have collaborated with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote well-being and meaningful growth. I am committed to providing culturally responsive, trauma-informed care and value social justice, recognizing how identity, culture, and systemic experiences shape mental health. My goal is to create a compassionate, collaborative space where clients feel supported in building resilience and creating meaningful change.
