As a therapist, I find it an honor to walk with clients through their challenges and difficult seasons. Despite  the many challenges people face, I believe we possess unique strengths, talents and insights that can  assist you in your goals. Engaging in a therapeutic relationship can oftentimes feel intimidating, but with  sympathy, honesty, light humor and kindness we can embark on a special journey. I have a Bachelor of the  Arts in Psychology, and a Master of Social Work from University of Southern California.

I have 8+ years of experience working with children, teens, adults, and families with trauma backgrounds along with symptoms of depression, suicidal behaviors, anxiety, grief and loss. I also focus on addressing boundary work, communication skills, and emotional regulation skills. I approach therapy with the client being an expert in themselves. While I am here to help guide and lead, I believe everyone has the knowledge they need to change themselves.

Theories I use include CBT, Internal Family Systems, and Narrative Therapy. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is key to making change and it is a big reason I work to create a safe environment for clients.
