Paula Kespradit

Compassion and love are at the core of my work as a therapist. I believe each client is the expert in their own life, and I am here to walk alongside them as they reconnect with their inner truth and come home to themselves. My style is eclectic and flexible - I draw from from a range of modalities including psychoanalysis, CBT, DBT, person-centered therapy, narrative therapy, and mindfulness practices - tailoring our work to meet your unique needs and goals. 

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #128498) with experience working with children, teens, and adults in a variety of settings. I’ve supported clients navigating depression, anxiety, eating disorders, dual diagnosis, grief and loss, relationship issues, and major life transitions. I am also fluent in Spanish. While I hold deep respect for the healing journey, I also believe that humor and lightness are vital - sometimes laughter can be just as transformative as insight. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
