I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidal behaviors, and family conflict. My approach is rooted in creating a safe and collaborative space where you can explore and become the best version of yourself. I utilize a blend of therapeutic modalities and a strengths-based perspective to support you in building healthier ways of coping and a deeper understanding of who you are. I’ve had the privilege of assisting diverse populations across various settings and am passionate about fostering an inclusive environment that honors and explores the richness of each individual's identity and innate resilience.

When I’m not in session, you might find me spending time with my two cats, Rasta and Indigo or hiking somewhere. I am dedicated to helping you achieve your therapeutic goals and look forward to working with you on your path to healing and personal growth.
