"I am very passionate about working with people who are searching to make their dreams come true or to heal injured relationships. I earnestly study psychological theories, techniques and strategies to create a powerful, positive impact in the lives of my clients. I follow three principles seeking to improve. First I focus on my personal growth & spiritual development. Second, I continuously study/refine the techniques I use to help people. Third, I consciously evaluate the effectiveness of my work and take the feedback from the people I am working with. While I pull from many types of therapy I have trained in, I primarily employ Internal Family Systems Therapy in my work with clients and training the staff of Free At Heart Online Therapy."
