Hello, and welcome!

 

My name is Lei, and I am a therapist dedicated to helping you grow, heal, and feel empowered as you face life’s challenges. With a focus on adolescents, young adults, and adults, I specialize in addressing anxiety, depression, suicidal behaviors, relational conflicts, and the complex aftermath of sexual trauma.

 

I utilize a person-centered and strength-based approach, recognizing the unique journey and inherent strengths of each person I work with. I value seeing my clients as a whole rather than the sum of their parts. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, emotions, and aspirations freely. My personal and professional journey led me toward Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness.  

 

I strive to empower you to tap into your innate resilience, build healthier ways to cope, and develop a deeper understanding of who you are. I understand the impact of trauma and how it affects the mind, body, and spirit. I also know that healing is possible, and it is here!
