A Bit About Me
Julia Barsocchini, ASW, earned her Master of Social Work from USC and holds a background in psychology and public health from Lewis & Clark College, where she was also a dual-sport collegiate athlete. With a unique blend of experience as both a therapist and fitness professional, Julia is passionate about supporting whole-person wellness, mind and body. In addition to her work as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, she is dedicated to helping clients strengthen their mental health, build resilience, and achieve lasting balance in their lives.
