A Bit About Me
Jazmin, ASW, is a compassionate therapist who helps adults, adolescents, and couples navigate anxiety, ADHD, and relationship challenges. She provides therapy in both English and Spanish, drawing from CBT, DBT, EFT, mindfulness, and Gottman-informed approaches. Jazmin creates a collaborative and supportive space where clients can build self-awareness, improve communication, and create meaningful, lasting change.
