I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to empowering individuals, couples, and families to create positive, lasting change. Holding a B.A. from the University of California, Irvine and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, I use a solution-focused approach combined with evidence-based therapies tailored to your unique needs.

My specialties include trauma recovery, healthy relationships, anxiety, depression, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and substance use. I integrate a variety of proven therapeutic models—including Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Client-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Structural Family Therapy, Bowenian Family Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method—to help you build resilience, strengthen connections, and achieve your goals.
