I specialize in depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, interpersonal relationships, and self esteem. I integrate modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Play Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
