A Bit About Me
As a therapist, I believe in the resilience and inner wisdom of every person. I work collaboratively with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan—children, teens, and adults—navigating life transitions, grief, work or school-related stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges.

My approach is integrative and personalized, drawing from evidence-based modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and family systems models such as Gottman and Bowen Theory. I provide a warm, grounded space for clients to explore their inner
experiences, build on strengths, and move toward meaningful change.
In particular, through IFS, I help clients build compassionate relationships with the different parts of themselves that may carry pain, fear, or outdated beliefs. By cultivating connections with the core Self—an inner resource of calm, clarity, and wisdom—clients can experience healing and lasting transformation.
I also support clients navigating family and cultural dynamics, including intergenerational expectations and identity challenges, and help them define and maintain healthy boundaries. If faith or spirituality is an important part of your life, I welcome incorporating it into our work together in a way that feels meaningful and respectful to you.
Whether you're a young student or adult exploring your path, a couple in a deepening relationship, parents managing family changes, or someone coping with trauma, grief, or emotional overwhelm, I’m here to support you with empathy, insight, and collaboration.
