My clinical work integrates evidence-based modalities including Bowen Family Systems Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and Attachment theory. I have experience working with individuals navigating Obsessive–compulsive disorder (OCD), personality disorders, complex trauma, relationship struggles, and identity development.
