Danielle Aguilar-Soltis

My name is Danielle Aguilar-soltis and I am an Associate marriage and Family therapist with a specialization in trauma. I incorporate CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, person centered, psychodynamic, humanistic psychotherapy and Attachment theory. Change and healing is difficult. I like to make therapy approachable for individuals by understanding their symptoms and behaviors and then embody the modality to fit their needs. I am trained in maternal mental health, specifically postpartum support. I have over 10 years experience working with children and families in many capacities.
