Lacey Farrow

Lacey Howell is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling. She has specialized training in integrative mental health medicine, mindfulness practices, and somatic techniques designed to support clients managing anxiety, complex trauma, and hyperactivity. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), which helps individuals cultivate healthier attachments to themselves and to important relationships—whether with family, colleagues, or friends. She also integrates Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) to empower clients in reshaping unhelpful thought patterns, regulating emotions, and developing sustainable behavioral strategies for everyday life.

Her areas of focus include PTSD, anxiety disorders, phobias, agoraphobia, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), hoarding, depression related to job stress and burnout, substance use recovery, and concerns related to aging and neurocognitive decline (i.e., dementia).
