A Bit About Me

It is an act of bravery to enter into therapeutic spaces and I am so glad you are here! I want to honor and meet you in your decision to create meaningful change in your life, so thank you for taking the first step!

My work has primarily included teens, adolescents, young adults and families, but I am open to all populations. I have spent time with families and individuals working through relational conflict, PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, gender dysphoria/identity issues, grief/loss, suicidal ideation and behavior. I work hard to honor each client's unique individual needs and integrate a variety of modalities including CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, mindfulness, attachment and person-centered care. 

My approach to therapy stems out of the belief that every person holds inherent value and all the things that we need to create change are already inside of us. My goal is to create a nonjudgmental, accepting space for each person to come as they are and deepen their understanding of who they are. Whatever you are bringing into this space, I look forward to walking with you on your beautiful journey to wholeness and wellness.
