Brandon Bonachea

Brandon works with adolescents and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, major life transitions, and questions of identity or self-worth. His approach is collaborative, direct, and grounded in the belief that therapy should help clients understand not only what they are experiencing, but the patterns that may be keeping them stuck. Brandon strives to create a space where clients can speak openly without judgment while also being challenged to develop greater insight and make meaningful changes in their lives. He draws from evidence-based approaches while tailoring treatment to each client's individual needs, strengths, and goals. Brandon particularly enjoys helping clients make connections between past experiences, present patterns, and the ways they relate to themselves and others. He views therapy as a partnership in which curiosity, honesty, humor, and genuine human connection can all have a place.
