A Bit About Me

Amanda creates a warm, supportive space where teens and adults can slow down, feel heard, and make sense of life's challenges. She combines practical tools, mindfulness, and evidence-based approaches to help clients navigate high anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, and grief/loss. Through a systemic and inclusive lens, Amanda recognizes the ways that family, culture, identity, and life experiences shape our well-being and relationships. She is committed to providing an affirming space for LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC clients. Amanda believes meaningful growth happens when people reconnect with their strengths, trust themselves more fully, and move toward a life that feels aligned with their values.
