Welcome! I love being a therapist and connecting with children, teens, and adults. I am deeply committed to helping my clients overcome challenges in areas of trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, relational conflicts, and more. I have found that creating a safe, authentic, and collaborative space is essential to healing. My mission is to help you to feel empowered to discover deeper understandings of self, nurture your strengths, and apply new skills. I firmly believe each of us possesses the ability to positively grow and change, and I am honored to
support you on your journey.

My practice integrates CBT, TF-CBT, and Narrative Therapy. It is also informed by strength- and resilience-based perspectives, play, and attachment models. Ultimately, I will meet you where you are to provide personalized and well-informed care unique to you.

I earned my M.S. Counseling Psychology with a Specialization in Children and Adolescents degree from APU. I have over a decade of experience working with children and families in various capacities, and I am especially grateful that therapy has offered the space to work in deep, meaningful, and lasting ways.
