Beginning your therapy journey can make you feel vulnerable and exposed which is why I believe finding a therapist you can truly connect with is crucial to your well-being and growth, just like other relationships in our lives.  We all have individual strengths, challenges, cultures, and experiences that have formed our multifaceted identities. These dynamics influence how we interact with ourselves and others in our daily lives and continue to shape us throughout life transitions. There may be a time you find yourself feeling disconnected, resentful, invisible, or unable to navigate through your confusion the way you may have before. It is a privilege for me to be part of the journey in helping my clients rediscover their sense of balance and authenticity again while gaining self-compassion, growth, and coping skills to thrive. Through the therapeutic process, I support each client in developing a secure and harmonious relationship with their unique interconnected parts: Mind, Body, and Soul, while meeting them where they are in their healing process. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of settings utilizing integrative therapeutic approaches: Strength based, Person-centered, Motivational interviewing, Solution focused, Trauma focused, Cognitive behavioral therapy, Mindfulness, and more.
