A Bit About Me
Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to learn some about me. I work with teens and adults on issues of family and attachment trauma, child abuse, sexual abuse and assault, relationship concerns, parenting, career concerns, and anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I believe that healing happens in relationship, and that through work in therapy, we can learn to truly live again, stepping out of survival mode and into our own vibrant and unique selves. My therapeutic orientation is heavily trauma-informed and attachment-based. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I use Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills, mindfulness, and somatic techniques to help you heal and grow into your most authentic self.
