Greetings!
I’m Shawn and I have been practicing as a therapist for 3 years. Human connection is my priority. I utilize a humanistic approach that does not place emphasis on diagnosis or symptoms. Instead, from a holistic approach, I treat the entire person (mind, body, and spirit/soul) for optimal wellness, with a focus on those experiencing emotional pain, chronic pain or illness, trauma, and addiction. We will collaboratively establish goals for your therapeutic process and utilize a variety of experiential and solution-oriented therapies in our sessions together.
