My name is Luis Fraire, and it’s a pleasure to see fate has crossed our paths. I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist. Blessed to provide support and guidance for those looking to find balance and purpose amidst a mad world. Life can be overwhelming and I’m here to help you develop the ability to adapt and thrive.

4 amazing years of experience working as an MFT. Currently, an AMFT awaiting to sit for licensure with the hopes of being an LMFT soon. I have specialized training working with trauma in the general population, first responders, and veterans, as well as crisis management experience. I am EMDR trained and have 2 years providing that service. I started at a private practice working with court-ordered clients ranging from domestic violence to sex offenders and other court-mandated groups. I have worked with all ages in group homes and community-based services ranging from as young as 5 to as wise as 85.

My style is eclectic with a strong foundation in Bowen’s Natural Systems Theory. We are an integral part of a greater system and I want to help individuals find a way to integrate themselves while paving THEIR WAY. I pull from DBT, CBT, ACT, EMDR, Narrative, Gestalt, Jungian, and spirituality/philosophy to create a unique and authentic approach that helps us foster a therapeutic relationship. I believe through our combined efforts and experience we can develop your awareness and foster your growth to help you accomplish what makes sense for you.
